	Someone should tell Art Garfunkel that Serbia has borrowed his hair. The song kicks off with the accordion and other more obscure ethnic instrumentation, and then the icing on the cake. Our afro-ed lead singer has the annual "gargling with petrol" award already in his pocket. A less musical sound you'd be hard pressed to find, but as a whole the song isn't as bad as the 3 before it in Semi 2. 		Cipela or Shoe in English will be brought to stage by an interesting group of people from Serbia this year. From performers to ballet dancers, this group has them all! Marko Kon - composer, lyricist, arranger, producer and performer Born on April 20, 1972. He founded his first band when he was nine years old. He plays the clarinet, pipe, saxophone, guitar, bass guitar and drums. He met Aleksandar Kobac and they formed one of the most successful tandems in the history of Serbian popular music. He wrote more than 800 songs for numerous popular musicians. Together with the band Flamingosi, Marko won Beovizija 2006. He was a co-arranger and co-producer the song performed by Stefan Filipovic who represented Montenegro at the 2008 Eurosong. He has made his singing debut with the song Shoe. Milan Nikolic - instrumentalist and composer spent his childhood in Paris where he started studying music. He won the award as the best accordionist of Serbia several times. He has released five solo albums of instrumental music. He has been working with Kon and Kobac for the last couple of years. The song Shoe is the result of their successful cooperation.
