Evdokia Kadi will represent Cyprus in Belgrade with "Femme Fatale". Femme Fatale is the creation of Nicos Evagelos and choreophrahed by Elena Shakalli, backing dancers/vocalists: Tefkros Neokleous, Andreas Vanezis, Polys Kourousides & Christos Shakallis.

Until the national final, Evdokia was almost unknown to Cypriot music fans. Born in Nicosia in in 1981, Evdokia has entered music stage in 2001, performing each Tuesday, in student music hall of University Cyprus. The first professional step for her was her participation in the concert of Eyagora Karageorgi. In 2003 and 2004 she took part in concerts in various parts of Cyprus, by Koyli Theodoros. She plays in several musicals. Moreover, she takes part in concert that was given for the emigrants in Geneva, Switzerland. In 2006 she entered popular orchestra of R.J.K. with which she performed across. Currently she prepares her first personal disk, which is due to be released in the following months. Her song "Femme Fatal" despite French title was the only song in national selection completely performed in Greek.
