What do I think of this?

Hera Bjork had been trying to get to the Eurovision Song Contest longer than Alan Partridge has been trying to get a second series. So Hera is largely the fanwank choice of the year, but she's done it with a decidedly ropey song.
Hera Bjork (clearly no relation to the legendary Icelandic warbling pixie) has spent 27 years trawling around Scandi ESC pre-selections, scoffing on love balls, and finishing second more often than Herve Villechaise has in the annual "grab the Herta hot dogs from off the top shelf of the cupboard with guest star Magic Johnson" event.
"Je Ne Sais Quoi" is the name of the song, and I don't know why she bothered either. It's a wholly unremarkable dance number which is a shame for her after all these years of preparation. The video has her jumping into a public swimming pool dressed in a ball gown, and I don't why she did that either. Anyway she's dried the dress out, and is wearing it again even though the colours have run. I was surprised to see this get into the finaI, but still can't see this troubling the leaders.

Biography

Björk Þórhallsdóttir, born in Iceland 29. of March 1972, is a well-known singer in her homeland. Her debut album, Ilmur af Jólum, was released in November 2000. She has a voice with big range and sings classical, jazz, pop, rock and r&b
In 1995 she sang in The Rocky Horror Picture Show and since then has taken part in several musicals in Iceland. In 1999-2000 she was the hostess on a very popular television show "Stutt í Spunann", which aired on Saturday nights on RÚV, the National TVstation in Iceland
From 1996-2004 Hera Björk sang in the Chamber Choir Schola Cantorum in Hallgrímskirkja, Reykjavik, which has won rewards in international competitions and has released 3 albums, one of which was nominated to Icelandic Music Awards as Classic Album of the Year 2002.
In 2000 Hera Björk moved to Akureyri in the north of Iceland. There she studied Business and Marketing at the University of Akureyri. On weekends she flew to Reykjavík to perform at the City Theatre and sing with her pop group "17Vélar" at clubs. In 2004 she moved to Copenhagen and studied at the Complete Vocal Institute from January 2005 until June 2008. She has been teaching at Complete Vocal Institue for the past 3 years in Iceland and is now working all over Europe doing master-classes. Hera Björk took part in Icelandic preselection 2007 and Danish preselection 2009, where she finished 2nd. She also was backing vocalist for Iceland's Eurovision entries in 2008 and 2009.
